Production and Shipping Times
All items are made to order. Please allow 1–7 business days for production before your order ships.

Estimated delivery after dispatch: 9–14 days for most regions.

These are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

Customs and Import Duties (non-EU orders)
For orders shipped outside the EU, the recipient may be responsible for import duties, customs fees, or taxes charged by the destination country. These are not included in the order total and are the Customer's responsibility.

Tracking
A tracking number will be provided by email once your order ships, where available.

Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order has not arrived within 20 days of the estimated delivery window, please contact us at kittyclub.clo@gmail.com so we can investigate.

Undeliverable Packages
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to incorrect address information provided by the Customer.
